I keep experiencing sharp pain in my testicles

I [16M] 5'7, 130 pounds, asian, keep experiencing sharp pain in my testicles around the same time I get aroused for a while (no other contact), leading me to think it's blue balls, but the bit of research I've done online says that blue balls shouldn't create sharp pain. This has been happening for about a week, I'm on no medication, and I don't drink smoke or do anything like that. Is this normal/should I be worried?
