I broke NC, after 9 weeks

I told myself that if after 2 months I still felt the urge but was ok with the outcome I would reach out.

It was a brief message just saying hey and if he’s open to catching up, I’d like that.

I sent it pretty late and I know he saw it but didn’t open it because he wakes up early to commute for work. Trying not to obsess over why he decided to wait to answer, or if he won’t answer at all. He’s never left me on read, and the breakup ended with a lot of ambivalence and there was no bad blood.

Any words of support would help me to not spiral right now.
