character ai age verification

i did the face scan because my chats got restricted. i guess i look young because it asked for an ID. i don’t want to give my ID to this website, but it won’t let me re-do the face scan. i looked it up and it says it might refresh. does it? if so, how long do i need to wait? i’ve tried clearing my cache and going to the original age verification link and nothin’s worked.
