Looking for a sales coach (or 2)

Sales manager here looking to help the team level up. Lots of decent resources in the wiki but the most recent post on coaches / consultants etc is at least a year old from what I could find.

I’ve got 2 buckets that my reps (8 total) fall into. 2 are primarily cold callers, while the other 6 handle our inbound leads.

Lately we’ve seen a drop off in the number of inbound leads we get, so I’m hoping to optimize our skills to convert more of what’s coming in to make the most of what we’ve got in the short term.

Any recommendations in coaches you’ve used personally for either cold calling or inbound calls?
