Animated show about a hippie in the woods then goes to jail

It’s an animated show only on a few streaming platforms. I vaguely remember a hippie/chill guy who has a goatee and wears a bucket hat. He lives in the woods and sees that he’s being watched.

He’s educated in herblore, and in a scene he is in jail and makes a soup to help someone with drug withdrawals (I think). It’s a newer show, and I’m interested in watching if I can figure out the name of the show lol.

Thanks in advance!!!
