Sabre 10 and PA 10 Parts Compatibility

I have the Sabre M110 clone, and while the quad rail is a vibe, I was hoping to swap for a handguard with MLOK to open up a wider variety of accessories. I’m assuming the PA10 handrails are compatible with the upper and it’s a one for one swap?
