Returning Player Thinking of Pulling Zibai

I’m a returning player who has not played the game since around varesas release and finding myself struggling to clear endgame content with no lunar characters. I don’t have columbina but will likely get her on her rerun, is Zibai worth getting without her? I already got c1 illuga and aino from the banner and also have zhongli to create a team?
