PRAYER FOR DISCERNMENT FOR A 7 YEAR RELATIONSHIP

Good day, everyone. I hope everyone is doing well here. I come here today to request your prayers as I am experiencing emotional warfare as to how I am going to leave my 7-year relationship with my boyfriend or should I leave? I just woke up one day, and I couldn't see him anymore in my future. I got drained and exhausted in planning for our future, and I can't see him planning for ours. I cooled off our relationship for now because I want to give time for myself to be able to think about my decision. Deep down in my heart I already have my decision that I am walking away. But whenever I think of it, the pain is unbearable. I love him so much that I can't stand seeing him in pain with my decision.

The thing is we are in an LDR for almost a year now, and I am going home in a few months. I really don't know if I am to continue meeting him or just end it with him. Help me pray for wisdom, strength, and discernment as I am confused.
