Is Kinu making us confused?

When you reread cote again you find a lot of mistake but the question is kinu doing that on purpose or he forget those part like in :

In y1v1 he said haruka have the biggest breast in class but in y1v2 changed and said Sakura have the biggest breast in class And in v0 he made kiyotaka hate his father but in y2v12.5 koji said he doesn't hold grudge against his father And in y2v12.5 kei said she always know that kiyo didn't love her then in y3v1 when she talking to ichinose said she didn't know the reason And if you search more you will find more Contradictions so my question is Kinu doing that on purpose or he just made mistake because there is a lot of things like that and will make people confused
