Wins towards 150 per class not counting consistently

Have had this issue for a little over a week. The trophy on PlayStation for winning 150 games with each class has been inconsistent lately. Tonight I won 1 on heavy (didn’t count) and 3 on medium (counted 2). My session before this on Sunday night was even worse. Even days later the wins have never been added to the count. This has been across multiple game modes too. Power shift, bank it, tdm etc.

Is this a new problem? Is there a solution to this? Anyone else experiencing this? Please help.
