Blackshark V2 2023 fix?

i have had this problem for the past like 2 months and has been driving me insane trying to fix it but randomly while playing or watching something my headset will go into bluetooth mode randomly and sometimes changes my EQ randomly, sometimes once, sometimes twice, i have updated the firmware and it still does this, has anyone else experienced this?
