Rapid All Might with Acceleration Tuning

Just got the Unyeilding Commander outfit in rolls and planning builds. I was just wondering how Rapid All Might with an Acceleration tuning works with his alpha:

- Does the charge up time of his alpha shooting at max speed reduce?

- Does his alpha shoot even faster?

- or does it do both those effects mentioned above?
