Vintage Cube, is infinite time walk too slow?

Went 0-3 and I only won 1 match with this deck. My opponents would kill me on turn 4 or 5 except for 1 time I lived until turn 6 with 1 life left and took 10 turns in a row to barely kill my opponent before decking myself.

Every game I had infinite ways to draw cards and recur timewalk but no mana to do it all while my opponents just played hyper efficient threats and free spells or mana accelerants and killed me before I could assemble my combo. Is this deck actually too slow for vintage cube nowadays or did I just get really unlucky to run into decks that could strait up kill me in 4-5 turns every game.
