Reopening an old piercing

Howdy, basically I’ve had both nostrils pierced for like 7 years. Last year I had to have an MRI which meant I had to take out all my piercings. Only one nostril piercing made it back in 😔 the stud decided to disappear and is nowhere to be found.

The lost one has been closed for like a year now. Are there risks with getting it re-pierced? Or will it be fine? I’m worried about getting THE bump. I’ve had the bump once before bc I got punched in the face and it fucked up my piercing. Luckily the one that closed is not that piercing but still. Shit hurt bad and took forever to go away 😔 looking for advice. I tried to open it myself but it hurt and I was scared to cause more trauma to the area than an actual piercing needle would so now I’m thinking just get it done professionally and be smart lol
