Our corporate leadership says that we should be using AI at least 20 times a week -- and have a dashboard to see how often we're using our internal ChatGPT and other tools. How do I become better at AI?

It's really really frustrating... our head of finance was asked at a all-hands how he's using AI and he basically said "it's replaced Google for me," which isn't helpful (and tbh not very forward-looking for finance). Our head of marketing and comms says she uses it for proofreading; one of my colleagues jokes that she uses it as spellcheck. No one wants to use these tools because leadership isn't ACTUALLY using them, and there's been no training.

I don't want to be seen as someone who isn't on board, and I'd actually like to be ahead of things if possible, but I don't know where to begin. Is there a good online course, community, or other resource that can help?
