Trying to remember a brand that made colorful anodized M5 plugs for unused frame holes

I can't for the life of me find this brand again. They had lots of colors, and the head of the bolt was flat with thumbscrew-style knurling rather than a hex bolt hole. Some of them had little graphics like a smiley face or snowflake or whatever. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
