Thai food!

Nearly a decade ago, my late fiancé introduced me to Thai food, specifically green curry. He’d been on a trip to Thailand before and had extremely spicy food there, so he started trying to order it that hot here in the US. I have loved it ever since, but had a hard time finding a place that had delicious green curry who would also make it spicy enough for me. A new restaurant opened up down the street from me (this is dangerous haha), and not only is their green curry the best I’ve ever had, they don’t hold back when I ask for it extremely spicy. They add so much spice that it’s no longer green in color. It is to die for. I’m kind of miserable the entire time I’m eating it and my mouth is on fire for way too long after, but it tastes so good I literally can’t stop ordering it. I just finished some leftovers and the heat blows me away every single time. To those who love spicy Thai food, any dish recommendations? I’m such a creature of habit and 99% of the time I just order green curry.
