My first gaming PC

Hello everyone,

I've always liked to play but so far only on PlayStation because it was much cheaper for me. But now I want to finally buy a gaming PC to upgrade my gaming.

But I really don't know at all what is good or what a good gaming PC needs. A relative of mine bought a gaming PC at the end of 2023 and wants to sell it again because it is not really used. He has the following:

GPU: GeForce GIGABYTE RTX4080

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D

Mainboard: ASUS PRIME X670-P

RAM: 32GB 2x16 Corsair

Hard Drive: Seagate IronWolf 525 SSD

He wants ~1200€ and I will get a Monitor (Viewsonic VX2718-2KPC-MHDJ 27 Zoll QHD) too.

As I said, I really don't know what is good or not so good. Can you tell me approximately whether the PC is still good after two years and is also usable in the next few years?
