Are women really turned on by men who are good with kids?

So I’m a 21 year old dude. And I’ve worked with kids for several years, I like being around kids and I’m pretty good with them, or at least that’s what everyone tells me.

I keep seeing online and hearing that women really like guys who are good with kids.

Is this really true? I don’t have a ton of experience dating so I wouldn’t necessarily know lol
