Kinematic Realtionships

Conveyor with attached hopper. Trying to simulate range of motion and any interferences, been years since I've done this in college. When I try to define the final joint this error pops. Pretty sure I'm missing something. Any tips? Design workarounds welcome too but I'd rather solve this specific problem. Thanks in advance!
