Ame 485/ 486

Has anyone taken these capstone courses? Can you tell me what they're like so I can know what to expect? I read the overview, but it didn't really help me understand what I'd be doing. I get that it's supposed to be a group project of some kind? Is it like a 2 person thing and are there any lectures? How does it work? Thanks in advance for any help:)!
