New to this Celiac

Hello all,

I recently tested positive for Celiac disease, I have my first GI appointment in a week. I assume they will want to do an endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis. In the meantime, I was told not to change my diet or cut out gluten until the diagnosis is confirmed. I was also set up with a nutritionist. I get my care through the VA, so this is all new to me. Hope this isn't going to be a huge learning curve.
