Question for girls with long fine curly hair?

When do you guys brush your hair and how? What is the least damaging and the best for length retention?

I have dense but fine, 3a hair that does get pretty tangled…

Routine:

brush with tangle teezer gently

-double shampoo with head&shoulders classic shampoo

-Marc Anthony grow long leave in conditioner, brush with tangle teezer

-scrunch Marc Anthony curl cream and got2b gel in wet hair

-scrunch in nym curl talk mousse

-squeeze/scrunch out extra water with t shirt

-diffuse

-scrunch out crunch

-steam+leave in and scrunch and shake
