Range Rover Classic

My Range Rover Classic has been leaking, and after not checking the oil for a while, it pretty much all drained out…

While driving today my engine started to smoke, and I pulled over. Checked the oil level, nothing. Got it towed home, put the correct amount of oil in it, it started up for a few minutes and was rattling pretty bad. Turned it off for a second, went to start it back up, and now it won’t start. I have a Holley Sniper EFI system and the battery shows 12 volts until I try to start it, then it drops down to 7. Replaced the battery, same thing.

Anyone have any ideas? (Other than I’m a moron for not checking the oil more regularly when it’s leaking…) Really hoping the engine isn’t completely seized up…
