Does Claude Cowork and/or Claude Desktop Have AskMeQuestions Tool?

I"m an avid Claude Code CLI user. I don't use either Cowork or Desktop. I am training some people to use Claude and would like to know if the AskMeQuestions tool works for Cowork and/or Desktop. It's such an amazing tool to use and I'd like to help some friends use it (but I don't think they are going to go full CLI to do so).
