Local Health Practitioner who treats Gluteal Tendinopathy

Has anyone in the Madison area found someone to treat their menopause related gluteal tendinopathy? My primary care doctor takes x-rays, asks a few queations and tells me it is probably arthritis or stress. I don't want to waste more money on supplements that I am skeptical do anything. Has anyone found relief? I miss jogging, but the pain makes me miserable for days afterwards.
