The Announcement of the God of War Trilogy Remake, makes me want to see Rocksteady Remake this Trilogy + Origins

The first thing that comes to mind for me when arguing *against* this idea is “bruh.. GoW I&II came out on the *PS2*. GoW III came out on the PS3. They’re In way more need of a Remake than the Arkham trilogy. Which is a totally fair point. I think the difference is in what studios need though.

Santa Monica did not need this W. This is the lowest hanging fruit W, even announcing it with the OG voice actor captures all the vitality, clicks and excited skepticism a studio could want for marketing a future project. Rocksteady needs *that* more than anything. They need a low hanging fruit W. They could keep a lot the same, but add a lot that I think would excite people. Every fan of Arkham is going to have different takes on what those specific things are, but however different they might be.. the point still stands.

Even though the “Remake” moniker is a bit saturated, and people want new.. I’ve always felt that, some of the greatest video game stories ever, have already been told. The greek GoW trilogy was a series I LOVED, and yet I never would’ve pegged this announcement. Now that it’s been made, I find it equal parts exciting and curious. I think we’re Rocksteady to make a similar announcement for Arkham.. the reactions would be on par from a fan base perspective, and the studio could get a much, *much-needed* low hanging fruit W.
