Starting out Linkedin

Hello fellow colleagues, i own a social media agency and lately I'm getting requests about managing Linkedin accounts. Problem is i know nothing about it (content wise and lead generation). Do you have any tips that could help me starting out and understand how to make a strategy on such platform?
