My Mom’s Supposedly Father.

Hey everyone, hope all is well. so i’m having a dilemma finding my Mom’s apparent father. My mom has never met her dad once. My grandmother told my mother that this guy was your actual dad when she was a teen. on my mothers birth Certificate it states.

Albert J Cohen (My mom’s dad)

Born around 1918 in Constantinople Turkey, lived at 138-33 Jewll ave Garden hill NY in 1968 when my mom was born. Also had a wife named Victoria and 2 kids named Linda and Louise. Albert died maybe 2000-2005 in Florida.

Although my mother is 100% Austrian jewish i’m having a hard time understanding the turkish part. IF anyone can give me any information as this is all my mom knows it would be extremely appreciated thank you! 🙏
