Bug?

So the buffs dropped today, which is sick. But um... I haven't gotten the halos.

I've had the multipliers for maybe 7-8 years now, and I could vote for the halos being Tradeable or not... But I logged in and for some reason the rewards aren't in my Inventory? I'm in updated servers, they all say February 17th in the update log.

Anyone else have this issue? Or have a way to fix it? :(
