New Tracer Player Needs Advice

Typical game I had is like this: E7WD10, or P5DTMY. In these games I felt like performed at my best. I was plat3 last season playing reaper and decided to learn tracer after she got buffed. I struggle with playing her to win the game even in Gold 2 this season. I don't know what I did wrong and what I can improve beside getting better at dropping bomb. Any advice please?
