Any tips for using white foundation for the first time?

I’m really new into the goth fashion and music and I had some questions about the makeup part. How do you draw on the eyebrows; eyeliner or something else? And what eyeliner or whatever is best for that? And how should I use the white foundation for being a trad goth? I know it’s a lot but any help would be appreciated (^ ^)
