[BEDROCK] Why does my player data keep getting deleted?

Hi! My player data keeps getting deleted from time to time, I don't know why it happens. I play with a friend, and it only happens to me (I play on my phone, in case that's helpful). I was told to change the storage from "external" to "app" but it didn't work :(
