Looking for a movie based on my childhood memory...

Hi everyone! So, I think I might've been about 7 years old when I saw my parents watch this movie on TV. I just remember cuts of the movie here and there, so here goes whatever I remember...

1. Guy and girl wake up in different bodies (their own, body swapped)
2. I dunno properly, if it was a guy or a girl sitting on the toilet when they realised their situation
