im F18 and i am facing hair length problems

the hair on my scalp is healthy. it's shiny and thick and soft my hair grows but it does not retain any length. my hair grows but it gets thin at the end and i have to cut it. due to this I have had the same length for the past two years i have not noticed any breakage or severe hair fall what might be the problem? also please recommend a few affordable products currently i use loreal hyaluron shampoo and conditioner. the hair oil i use is bajaj almond drops also i have white hair but i think thats because of stress
