can't connect to GS308epp ip address

I changed the ip address of my Netgear GS308epp switch to a static IP. I then changed it to the other option which i believe is automatic DHCP. And now I can't connect to the Netgear GUI. I tried to factory reset by holding the reset button for 15-20s but it didn't work either as I didn't see any red LEDs. If anyone could help me on this it would be highly appreciated.
