HP omen 45L or 35L

Purchase Discussion

So I had an HP OMEN desktop with i7 12gen, 32gb ddr4, 3070 8gb and 1tb ssd for the past 4 years and the pc in the latest year just didn't stop crashing. I got it to the repair shop (it was on warranty) and they gave me a cupoun to spent on their store (1700€ the original price of the pc),but their store only have these prebuilds listed and I don't know what's the best one to pick pls help:

Desktop HP Omen 45L:

(Intel Core Ultra 7 265 - RAM: 64 GB - 2 TB SSD - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090) - 6000€

(Intel Core Ultra 9 285 - RAM: 64 GB - 2 TB SSD - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080) 5000€

(Intel Core Ultra 7 265 - RAM: 32 GB - 2 TB SSD - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080) 4300€

(Intel Core Ultra 7 265K - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 - RAM: 32 GB - 2 TB SSD) 3600€

Desktop HP OMEN 35L:

(Intel Core Ultra 9 285K - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 - RAM: 32 GB - 2 TB SSD) 4400€

(Intel Core i7-14700F - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 - RAM: 32 GB - 1 TB SSD) 4200€

(AMD Ryzen 7 8700G - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super - RAM: 32 GB - 1 TB SSD) 3000€

What do u think is the best build for the buck? Like best to price? I'm using the pc for 3D modeling, video editing, art stuff and games. They only sell prebuilds and don't specify the brand parts neither the ram speed or CL on their site.. Like I don't have a budget right now I just wanted help with parts to price u know I don't know much about this
