Need advice: Infosys SE (3.6) vs Infosys DSE (6.25) vs LTI Mindtree (4) vs Capgemini (4.25)

Hi everyone,
I’m a 2026 CSE graduate and I’ve received few offers on campus. I’m confused and would really appreciate insights from people working in these companies.

Offers:

• Infosys SE – 3.6 LPA (On-campus)
• Infosys DSE – 6.25 LPA (Through HWI)
• LTI Mindtree – 4 LPA
• Capgemini – 4.25 LPA

I’m mainly trying to decide based on:

1. Training difficulty & evaluation
   • How tough is training at Infosys (SE vs DSE) compared to LTI Mindtree and Capgemini?
   • How strict are internal assessments and failure rates?
2. Full-time conversion / role stability
   • Chances of being retained after training?
   • Any risk of being down-leveled or moved to support roles?
3. Salary growth & role quality
   • Long-term growth for SE vs DSE at Infosys
   • Project quality and tech exposure in each company
4. Joining timeline
   • Which company usually gives joining first?
   • Any history of long delays or onboarding freezes?
