Wife wants brighter lights on 2022 LE

As the title says, my wife would like brighter headlights or additional lighting forward. I agree with her that it could be brighter.

The 2022 LE that we have already has factory LED headlights but no fog lights. There are provisions in the front fusebox but no wiring in the box for them. At least from what I can see without pulling the box out.

Preferably, I'd like to use factory harnesses and switches. I was able to get a parts list for an XLE to add foglights. That being 82114-0R030 or -0R060.

What have others done to add driving lights?

Does anyone have a parts list for factory parts?
