What do you think about the concept of paternal maintenance ?

Where i come from parents can sue their children for money if their children are above 18 and the parents have low income

Their concept is "i took care of you until you were 18 now its your turn"

Only parents that helped with child support or grew their children ( i forgot the english word) can claim for PM

it is unfair. I've seen so many shows like "judge judy" where the judge and parents say now its your turn to help and when the child says " no" everyone is like "😮 whaaat?? you dont want to help your parents after all they did for you?"
