Alternation Profiles - heavy on Gs&Cs

I couldn't help but notice that 80% of the WFA profiles being matched are of people working with program Gs&Cs. The remainder of the profiles seem to be people not really interested in finding a position based on the limited effort put into it. Anyone else feeling frustrated about this? I'm not managing Gs&Cs, but have been very specific about the area of work required.
