Figuring out the basal metabolism tab meaning in Zepp
Pls help to figure it out. How does the basal metabolism 1375kcal differ from the standard basal metabolism 1605kcal wording? Which one shows my current BMR and which one – the BMR I need to ideally have? Thanks a lot fo your help!
