Accepted offers but no shipping labels?

Hi! I’m new to Depop but have used Mercari and Poshmark for a while. I accepted two offers on Depop but have not received labels. The settings are set to Depop shipping. When I look at items sold it shows none. If I accepted an offer, does that mean I still haven’t sold it? I checked my email - no shipping labels. What could this be? Thank you.
