Elbow dislocation reduction procedure question

Demographics: Female, 34, 160 pounds, 5’8”, non smoker, no issues medically, no daily or prn meds. I exercise regularly 3-4x week.

I was admitted to ED for elbow dislocation this weekend. I am now looking over the report and realizing something in the notes:

"Required procedural sedation, required repeat sedation after reduced elbow dislocated while getting x-rays at bedside."

Is this common? Should I be concerned that my elbow was dislocated an additional time during post procedure x-ray? Is this something I should bring up at my orthopedic follow up? Or is this actually pretty common or not something to worry about? Thank you!!

Another note from my record: "patient required second reduction as her elbow dislocated after initial reduction while getting x-rays. She was reduced with good range of motion and immediately placed into a sugar-tong and posterior splint. Repeat films show good alignment and reduction of the elbow with continued avulsion fracture, likely at the coronoid process."
