Comandante - I can't find the zero click anymore

My Comandante took a fall onto floor tiles, which caused a slight dent/bend in the body. I took it apart and put it back together, and since then, I can’t distinguish between click zero and click one.

This issue never happened before. Previously, at click zero, the handle wouldn't move, and at click one, it would fall freely due to gravity.

Now, at my supposed 'zero' click, I can still spin the handle, and it falls on its own to the right, but not to the left. If I tighten it one more click 'by force', it doesn't move at all in either direction. Because of this, I don't know how to tell zero and one apart anymore. Did my click one become 'stiffer' or more sluggish?

I’m certain it's not put together incorrectly, as this isn't the first time I've disassembled and reassembled the grinder. Thanks in advance for the help!
