Do I have the wrong mentality

So I 23M work as a systems engineer. I currently make 85k. I plan to say at my company for a super long time and if I change jobs it would be internally. My friend says that I should leave so I can make more money elsewhere because I’m not getting paid enough. He’s talking about I should be making 120k and by 27 years old I should be making 200k at least. I’m content and happy with my life and don’t really need too much money for my lifestyle I think. I plan to start investing once I finish my masters. Do I have the wrong mentality? Am I limiting myself?
