Map Bug- Any Advice?

No colors showing on the map.

I've tried using all three renderers, changing display mode, doing a fresh install of the game and mod, and using the nation rendering fix mod.

I am using the Ultimate Tech Compatibility Mod, but even when disabled I still had this problem so I doubt it's that.

Still playable but not much fun in map painting with no paint. Any advice would be appreciated!
