FNB Online Registrations currently down?

Just created a PayPal account cause some family overseas sent money for my birthday. Did some research and apparently I need to set up an Easy Zero account with FNB via the *120*277# number (I'm with Capitec). So I dialed that number, went through all the prompts, and it turns out I already have an Easy Zero account. And in order to access it I need to register through the Online FNB Banking site. So I went to the site and tried doing that, but the website just says "We are not currently able to process registrations. Please try again later."

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, or how long its been like this
