Why are so many rats camping in Grandioso apartments?

Hey guys just a heads up today and yesterday I’ve noticed that there has been a lot of people camping in the Grandioso apartments with multiple Jolt mines. They would hide in a corner and as soon as you enter one of the floors boom jolt mine, they shoot and you’re pretty much dead. Idk why all of a sudden people are camping in there. To me it’s pretty ridiculous and just being a rat. Be careful out there.
