Getting to the Miami cruise port, when should i schedule Lyft

I’m supposed to board at 2:15, I checkout of my hotel at 12, part of me is just thinking get a Lyft right when I check out 12:30. There is 6 ships in port that day so I guess that’s about the normal amount. My hotel is less than 2 miles from the port normal time it says 11 minutes. People keep saying it’s a terrible time and takes hours to get to the ship.
